These costs are incurred before the camp starts, and offering refunds becomes challenging due to the financial commitments already made in reliance on your initial participation commitment.
Refunds: No refunds will be issued for payments made towards any payment plans. No exceptions. If you wish to withdraw your student, we will suspend all upcoming payment plan arrangements.
All payments for camp must be satisfied by the designated due date located on your invoice. All payments must be satisfied no later than July 4th. Any payments not received will result in the deferment of your student’s participation in upcoming activities.
Default in payment(s): We understand that things happen. It is essential to have a conversation with us as soon as possible. Addressing issues promptly helps prevent them from escalating into larger, more complex problems. Timely communication allows for early intervention and resolution.
