The Lemonade Ladies is a dynamic and empowering volunteer group under the umbrella of Black Lemonade, dedicated to making a meaningful impact within our community. Our mission aligns with Black Lemonade's core values of investing in the minds of the community by educating and equipping all towards finding purposeful solutions that advance the work of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

After our volunteer efforts, the Lemonade Ladies come together to have fun, bond, and build intentional relationships through social outings, shared experiences, and fellowship. Whether it’s grabbing dinner, enjoying a local event, or having a relaxing day out, we celebrate each other and the incredible work we do.

At Lemonade Ladies, we believe in turning lemons into lemonade by giving back to our community and creating meaningful connections along the way. Every two weeks, we partner with local nonprofits to advance their mission by volunteering to meet their needs, whether it's helping with events, organizing supplies, or supporting their programs.

Here’s How It Works:

• Volunteer Together: Every two weeks, we gather to serve at a local nonprofit, working as a team to help advance their mission and uplift our community.

• Bonding Event: Within 48 hours of volunteering, whether it’s a brunch, game night, or other outing, this is a chance to relax, connect, and celebrate womanhood.

• Lemonade Shade: Each event has a designated “shade of lemonade,” and we encourage all members to wear the designated color for the day to symbolize unity and sisterhood.

• Participation Rules: You can only participate in the bonding event if you volunteered within the last 48 hours—so be sure to serve before you celebrate!
