National Lemonade Day - Lemon Fest

The vision for Lemon Fest is that each lemonade stand represents a different week and community service project completed throughout the summer. Each stand features a unique lemonade flavor tied to that week’s theme, along with student-created displays, artifacts, and visuals from the project. Students serve as ambassadors at their stand, sharing what they learned, why the project was important, and how it positively impacted the community. Examples include: Pink Lemonade – Self-Care Purple Lemonade – Advocacy & Published Book Blue Lemonade – Water Safety Orange Lemonade – Food Insecurity Green Lemonade – Dental Hygiene Classic Lemonade – Black Lemonade Mission & Program Overview As families and community members visit each stand, they experience the students’ learning journey while enjoying lemonade. The event serves as both a fundraiser and a showcase of the leadership, advocacy, and community impact students have developed throughout the summer, bringing Black Lemonade’s mission to life through each project.
