S.W.E.E.T. Service-Learning Facilitator Training

This program prepares Black Lemonade facilitators, mentors, and youth leaders to run safe, youth-led community service projects across the 2026–2027 academic year. It explains the S.W.E.E.T. operating framework, daily program expectations, and the four-stage service-learning process, from identifying a community need through planning, action, reflection, and public demonstration. Participants will learn to use the Wonder Wall, feasibility matrix, SMART goal template, and public-official outreach tracker while maintaining required safety, communication, data, and family-partnership practices. By the end, facilitators can guide two meaningful projects that build youth voice, leadership, and measurable community impact.
