Black Lemonade Spring Break Staff Training

This training series prepares staff for the daily operations and safety requirements of the Black Lemonade Spring Break camp. It prioritizes the mandatory 1 to 15 student-to-teacher ratio and covers essential protocols for arrival, dismissal, and off-site swim transportation. Participants will learn behavioral management strategies rooted in Social and Emotional Learning (SEL), professional communication standards for parent outreach, and strict incident reporting procedures. The program also details the daily curriculum, including student pledges and the safety requirements for science experiments such as Bernoulli's Principle and Boyle's Law.
