Black Lemonade Program Training

This training program provides a comprehensive look at the operational pillars, mission, and vision of the Black Lemonade organization. Participants will learn how to implement specific youth initiatives, including the Leadership Afterschool Program, Superhero Summer Camp, and the Digital Black youth internship. The curriculum focuses on identifying systemic barriers, fostering emotional wellness, and facilitating professional development across the organization's branches in Tennessee and Indiana. By completing this training, mentors and staff will be equipped with the tools necessary to support underserved youth and manage year-round community service projects effectively.
